Culinary considerations are paramount on board and Trafalgar's chef is passionate about his work. The chef will liaise with you prior to your voyage to ensure that all your tastes and requirements are catered for. He will provide sample menus for your consideration and, if you are celebrating a special occasion, will suggest imaginative and creative options for you and your guests.
The galley, located on the main deck, has an open door policy and you are welcome to pay a visit to watch Trafalgar's chef at work... he will even be happy to offer a few tips for your next dinner party at home!
In port, the chef will procure the freshest local products and guests are welcome to accompany him to explore the fresh food markets and speciality stores.
